Content Creation Specialist
Why you should apply:
If you’re a Content Creator who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and you’re looking for a role that will provide you with significant opportunities to express your creative flair across different brands, then this is the permanent position that you’ve been waiting for.
You will report directly to our Brand & Marketing Manager, who has a creative, hands-on, ‘can-do’ approach to work; she is keen to develop and expand on these traits in you.
The business is growing, and it is backed by Phillip Di Bella, one of Australia’s most well-known marketing brains within the business community. This means you’ll be able to learn from one of the best.
From where you sit within the company, you will get a panoramic view of the entire business and develop a strong understanding of how a busy, growing business develops brand value & loyalty amongst our various stakeholders.
What you will do:
As our Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our visual storytelling efforts, playing an important role in developing engaging and compelling content across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around advanced graphic design, professional video editing, copywriting, and project management collaboration. By leveraging your creativity and technical skills, you will enhance our brand’s identity, drive engagement, and foster a sense of community among our audience.
Who you are:
Coffee Commune was created to do things differently in their industry, and as such, we’re looking for someone who shares that purpose-driven spirit. We want you to have a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn and grow on the job.
You’ll be highly organized, moving quickly to execute, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
You’ll be a creative thinker who can translate ideas into engaging visual content. This is a role for someone looking to contribute across different brands, so you’ll need at least 2 years of experience as a minimum in graphic design, creating and editing short and long-form videos. A background in hospitality is a bonus, but not necessary. This is ideal for someone who has worked in a content or marketing agency and is making their first move to work within a private business. You’ll be a strong communicator who is happy to work in a close-knit team, driven to meet deadlines, can prioritise well, and who wants to put their creative stamp on the work they produce.
You will have excellent skills working with Microsoft Cloud & Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio containing a wide range of designs and video projects.
Who are we:
Coffee Commune is a network of like-minded people in the coffee industry focused on three outcomes:
-
